⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented a car from Montecar DOO in Tivat and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Everything was simple, fast, and exactly as promised. The car was brand new, very clean, and in excellent condition. We also got free internet, which was really useful during our trip, and there was no deposit required, which made the whole process even easier. Best car rental experience we’ve ever had - we flew into Tivat Montenegro and were met straight away and taken straight to the rental car a few metres away from the arrivals hall. We drove the car approx. 700 miles around Montenegro and down into Albania before dropping the car off at a different location (Tirana Airport) a week later where we were met again promptly to handover the car and receive our deposit back. All of the staff where extremely friendly and helpful and the price was very good value for money (significantly cheaper then other rental companies) - there was no hidden additional costs and everything was no hassle and straightforward/ stress-free. A great company to rent a car from, 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro and the surrounding areas. Thanks for making our trip a memorable one Montecar!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cash and bank transfers are also available — please contact us in advance to arrange.
Is there a mileage limit on rental cars?
Most of our rentals come with unlimited mileage within the country. For cross-border travel or specific vehicles, please check the rental terms before booking.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate on a "full-to-full" policy. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If returned with less, the difference will be charged plus a refueling fee.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup, blocked on your credit card. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is released once the car is returned undamaged.
