What payment methods do you accept?
You pay at pickup, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged when you book online.
Is there a mileage limit on rental cars?
Mileage depends on the vehicle. Each car page shows its exact mileage policy, either unlimited kilometres or a daily allowance with the price per extra kilometre. Please also check the rental terms before cross-border travel.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate on a "full-to-full" policy. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If returned with less, the difference will be charged plus a refueling fee.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup, blocked on your credit card. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is released once the car is returned undamaged.
